Question / Help Problems with resizing and Zoom

Hi everybody, I've been looking for a thread like this and I haven't found anything (may be because I'm going nuts). I'm trying to broadcast a Zoom videoconference (with more tha one guest on it) in YouTube through OBS. Ok cool. I have an overlay and fitted the recorded screen to it BUT each time I close Zoom it opens on a different size thus everthing changes is OBS. I'm going nuts, so sorry if I have mislooked and haven't seen the answer in previous threads.
PS: Sorry for my English as well haha (sais a lovely Spanish girl).

I get around this by maximizing Zoom whenever I open it and using their mosaic display setting so everyone's window stays the same size.

I've done this but in OBS all my windows in the different scenes have resized and I have to reset. Tired of resetting everything
