Problems with reflect in glasses

Hello i have a problem, and i don't know how can i resolve it. I like to create streammings but i have glasses with blur screen filter, and it reflects a lot. But i don'¡t know how i can delete this in streamming. I use lateral lights i use a top light, two lights in lateral, 2 lits font and rear... But it doesn't work.

There are a number of YouTube videos on how to adjust your lighting to avoid reflections on glasses
most of them are a versions of making sure the natural light reflection from light to lens isn't into camera lens

1.- Use Contact lenses
2.- Change to antiglare glasses
