Question / Help Problems with laggs OBS STUDIO

Hi Guys,

My computer is good enough for streaming. But sometimes I start OBS Studio then the video is lagging. Then I restart my computer and then everything works without laggs!!! What is the problem ?. It must be the program (OBS STUDIO). I have the latest version of OBS Studio. So i can stream without problems but i have to restart my computer one or two times then it work. Can anybody help me further.

Please post a log that has either a streaming or recording attempt. The last one didn't contain either.
