Problems with Initial FB Connection

I have had a problem with only the initial connection to FB. OBS will connect-reconnect many times before FB establishes a stable connection after that all is cool and I am able to stream continuously. Unfortunately, I do not have access to Log file at the moment (but will add it when available). At times, it takes an extremely long time before establishing a connection - 5+ minutes of connect-reconnect. The hardware is an i7 with 16 GB RAM and an nVidia GPU. I been through the settings multiple times, but the problem seems to be worse over time. It's frustrating coming up on a "Go Live" time and OBS is still trying to connect to FB. Ideas? Log coming.

In my last 7 months of weekly FB livestreaming, I've never had such an issue (I'm still on 25.0.8). I had disconnect mid-stream until I got a new PC (previous borrowed laptop with excess, and poorly configured, corporate security s/w interfered). Even very constrained DSL upstream bandwidth didn't cause the issue you mentioned.
However, I new everything else on LAN was disconnected, so nothing competing for bandwidth. I also knew no background processes causing contention. So unless you are doing network monitoring, both at PC connection, and overall LAN, hard to say as LOTS of possibilities for trouble that has NOTHING to do with OBS. So without knowing, and just to get you pointed in possibly the right direction
- make sure PC background misc turned off (ex OneDrive/Google Drive, Drop box, etc) probably doesn't need to be on.. and similar
- make sure you don't have other devices on network (even powered on/connected, but not in use)... unles you KNOW exactly what they are doing (and 99.99% of people don't even when they think they do)
- Have you booted your PC well enough in advance (or started u pwhatever apps) such that OS has settled down before starting to stream?
Are you using Window's Task Mgr / Resource Monitor to identify potential local bottlenecks?
