Question / Help problems when remux from mkv to mp4

ok so I remuxed from mkv to mp4, and the recording went from about 30min to 40 sec
are there any quick fixes to my problem?

I'm not sure if the log could help, so I included it anyways.

Please, find the log-file from the actual recording attempt (look for timestamps).
