Question / Help Problems when importing a video to obs studio

I am new with the software, when importing a multimedia source in this case a video, I can import it without problems; only that nothing is shown, it seems as if it were a totally transparent or black layer. I have already tried several videos in mp4 format from various sources and I still have the same problem I do not know what to do, simply everyone who imports videos shows them in black
