Question / Help Problems since win 1809 update

On 1/10/2019, Win 1809 was forced on my PC, since then OBS is messed up, today the 1st gameplay video since the update, 1st the clip had no sound, after checking discovered the (Desktop Audio Deface) was blank. Reset dumped the vid and began a 10-15 sec test vid sound was back. Began recording the game clip all looked right during the recording I watched it after it was saved about 50 secs into the vid the image began stuttering, so bad that I stopped it and sent it to recycling bin. I went back into OBS settings and all recording, audio and video setting look normal.

Any suggestions, I love this program and don't have the tools to figure out what is wrong let alone fix it. please and thankyou

Narogen, thanks big time, once I noticed Settings in your sig image I was able to find it and turn it off. I made a new recording and there was not stuttering in the clip. Is this an issue with the 1809 update, I also noticed prior to shutting the option off that the icons at the top of the Movies and TV player were missing, not gone but invisible, they too returned after switching game mode to OFF
