Question / Help Problems Re-Installing OBS

So I was having problems with OBS Studio when I tired to switch scenes It would crash so I went back to classic ( That didn't show my overlay for some odd reason) So I attempted to install studio again when I got this error...

Are you running the installer from the download or are you opening obs before running the update?
What internet security software do you have installed?
