Question / Help Problems loading player in OBS

Trying to stream a web camera through OBS and I get an Error saying player will not load
Here is a copy of the log file. Can someone please tell me what is wrong?

If you're trying to stream on YouTube then you definitely have the wrong settings, there. In your Stream settings you need to select YouTube as your service and get your stream key from YouTube and enter it there.

There is a new log file now that I did not post. and in it shows I did set up YouTube and I put in the stream key but it still will not load. I was wondering if the problem could be Norton blocking it. Also should I set OBS to run in compatibility mode?

Please post the new log.

If you're getting a plugin error, then I suppose it's possible Norton is blocking part of OBS.

You shouldn't need to run OBS in any sort of compatibility mode.

Turned off Norton and it still does not work. I checked everything
