problems internet upload speed 10 mb and i get only 1-3k bit rate in obs

well so my problem is when i stream to youtube
i start live i need 4.5k bitrate i set in obs then when i start live the bit rate goes from 1k-3k
the problem that when i stream i get lags and the stream disconects and makes me lose viewers ...

that log doesn't include any streaming, so no indication if encoding issue or network bandwidth
you may not have the upload bandwidth available. have you tested/confirmed you have more than 5-mb/s upload bandwidth?
