Question / Help Problems installing plugins

I'm having problems to load plugins in my OBS. The log erros are the following:

I'm using Windows 10, but i tried in a Windows 7 too and got the same problems... These errors happened also when i was not using any plugins, just with the original installation of OBS.

those errors aren't real errors, what's your actual problem?

I tried to install some plugins, like for example, obs remote. Tried installing with the installer and manually, and the plugin don't appear in the OBS to be configured/used.

OBS Remote is a OBS classic plugin.
