Problems Installing Audio Monitor Plug in

I downloaded the Audio Monitor Plugin for OBS. I am running Windows 10. I used the installer. It said that it installed but it doesn't show up when I try it add it as an audio filter to a microhpone. I tried just using the Zip folder, extracting it and moving it to my OBS plug-ins folder in C: Program Folder x86. Still not working? Any solutions. I need this plug in urgently for Zoom.

Following - I am having the exact same problem with Windows 10 running OBS Studio 27. I will be doing a complete uninstall and reinstall this weekend, if I have success I'll write back here.
