Problems between OBS and QuickTime

Hello,
My Mac OS is Monterey 12.6, I'm converting mini DV PAL tapes in 720 x 576 format to .mov via OBS and USB Video Grabber. After converting about 20 tapes successfully, Quicktime suddenly stopped detecting the 720 x 576 format and proposing only the 1920 x 1080 Full HD recording format, which distorts the original picture. I've checked everything, reinstalled OBS several times, to no avail. So I am thinking of sending back the USB Video Grabber, replacing it with another converter. Any other suggestions ?

Elgato CamLink 4K, can do 720 x 576 format.
