Bug Report Problems after Windows Fall Creators Update

This major update implemented some significant changes, including to graphics related things.

Post update, the Window Capture no longer works in Open Broadcaster.

Hopefully this can get resolved pretty quickly.

Further info... the Window Capture appears to create a Black capture that hides anything with a lesser priority.

Window capture seems to work fine here just capturing windows explorer.

I was able to resolve this by removing Run As Administrator under Windows Compatibility, Starting OBS Studio, closing OBS Studio, and then re-selecting Run As Administrator.

Best I can figure the a flag must have been changed and needed to be reset after the Fall Creators Update.

So, both Game Capture and Window capture is working fine.
