Wrong log.

Find the log-file where filename of your recording exist.

(Не тот файл. Найдите лог-файл, где есть имя файла который вы записали).

Open first log file with notepad and find the string "2016-09-30_14-39-14.mp4" (your filename). If there is no such string, then open second log file with notepad and search again. And so on, until you'll find log-file with this file name in it. Then attach that log-file to the post here.

Are you sure about 2016-09-30_15-55-20.mp4 ? Recording session was stopped. Hotkeys for start/stop ?

If nothing wrong, you can try to post 2016-09-30 15-54-57.txt log file and your original question - "Then i want to watch video, it stops on 20:50, only sound go to the end." in this thread: AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin for OBS Studio the developer is time to time there, maybe it can look at your log too (some people have similar issues).

From the log "2016-09-30 15-54-57.txt"

Recording Started - 15:55:20.369
Recording stopped - 16:17:10.714
(interval ~1310 sec)

Total encoded frames - 78618
fps = 60

78618/60 = 1310 sec = 21 min 50 sec.

video stuck at ~20:50 = 1250 sec -> or after ~16:16:10.000 by the log timestamps

I see in log only:

16:16:13.568: [AMF Encoder] <AMFEncoder::VCE::GetOutput> Resized Packet Buffer to 65536.
16:16:14.569: [AMF Encoder] <AMFEncoder::VCE::GetOutput> Resized Packet Buffer to 131072.

Possibly some encoding lagged, try to change encoding settings.

AND LOOK AT this thread: AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin for OBS Studio (AMD HW Encoder plugin still under development, you can use software x264 encoder or any other encoder available to you).
