Bug Report Problem with the integrated camera

Can you help me to resolve this error? It doesn't open the app (I don't know how to fix it):

I'm having the same issue, new install on a friend's computer. (macbook laptop).
Basically OBS works fine till she selects the FaceTime HD camera as a video source. Then it crashes. This issue is repeatable.
