Question / Help Problem with the desktop recording (no movements, only single pictures)

Hi,
I have 3 questions:

1) when I add screen capture to source, my desktop shows only black, why?

2) my desktop is only displayed if I first add window capture to the source and switch to screen capture

3) I can record my desktop, e.g. a video, but only the individual images from the videos are displayed, but no video is recorded, what am I doing wrong?

Could someone please help me solve my problem.
I tried a lot (reinstalled OBS, settings with NVIDIA control panel), so far nothing has helped.

You are on a laptop. Due to how laptops handle their graphics, you have to choose between being able to Monitor Capture, OR being able to Window/Game Capture. Here are instructions on how to make that selection, which changed starting in Windows 10 1903 (which you are on, meaning the nVidia Control Panel method will not work for you):
