Game: Battlefield 1

I'm streaming 1080p60 to YouTube at 5mbs while concurrently recording to a replay buffer at "High Quality, Medium File Size". Xaymar H.264 encoding for both.

The problem I have is with the replays: they consistently generate 37 FPS videos. The bitrates are great, between 20-50. My in-game FPS is a very smooth 60-100. Anyone have any idea as to why the files are being output at specifically 37 FPS?

your gonna need to upload a log with a stream/recording in it.

Try turning on vsync in game

if that doesn't work the problem is probably that your CPU cant handle processing two different videos. Video encoding uses a lot of CPU. Try using quicksync or the AMD encoder under recording settings if your GPU supports it. Or try puting recording quality as same as stream.
