Question / Help Problem with streaming, recording work

Hi I am using OBS 21.0.1 with Windows 10 64 bits.

The recording work good but when I push the button start Streaming then I see the next error:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for deails.

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure you video drivers are up to update.

My graphics card is Nvidia Geforce 8600 GTS and the drivers are up to date. I not have the option to select or unselect NVENC, only have Software (x264)

Wich can be problem?

Ok, you can see the logfile of the notebook here, in the desktop computer I have the same error, I not have installed anymore:

Try create a new profile and direct after that add rtmp server info and DONT tuch video quality settings and give it a try

wich is rtmp server? the url and password for youtube?
