Question / Help Problem with Streaming Overwatch

Hello all !
I tried to stream overwatch through obs (twitch), it was so laggy that it was almost impossible to play.
I usally have 120-130fps in game with windowed border-less but when I try to stream it goes down to 20-30fps which was insanely laggy. Any clue which setting I should use in order to run smoothly while streaming?

And my specs are : AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (3.5GHz)
8MB RAM (will upgrade to 16RAM)
Radeon Rx460
Have a good monitor T^T

Hi,

thanks for posting a log but this doesn't contain the steam info, to do this ensure you post the log straight after streaming and having the issue. You can also look under the folder in windows for user / obs and find the older logs which should contain the =====start stream ====== / ====== stop stream =====

usual and ever present on this forum lack of vsync

1. 60 desktop refresh
2. 60 or 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3, bf4, overwatch)
4. vsync in game on
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4

vsync is an option for the GPU, it limits the fps to 60 to help with tearing in games generally.
