Problem with Streaming - 30.2.0

Updated my OBS this morning. Went to start streaming and got an error that I needed to update my video drivers.

I have AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT. Updated the drivers to 24.6.1 which is the latest and restarted. Same issue. Had to change to the x264 encoder to make it work. Unfortunately, I upgraded this morning before church and didn't test streaming (like I should have). So my stream was down for the first 20 minutes of the service. Looking forward to seeing if anyone has a fix for this. Log files uploaded here: https://obsproject.com/logs/MgNUzRD9NHKE5esd

Please let me know what I may be doing incorrectly.,

Okay so this makes zero sense. I restarted OBS in safe mode and switched back to the AMD HW H.264 (AVC) encoder. It streamed just fine. I set it back to normal mode and made sure the encoder was still the AMD and it worked fine.

So now I don't know what to think. It seems as if I'm okay now.

The log is truncated. But there's enough info to see some things you can do to improve performance.

Disable Game DVR
Disable HDR/10-bit color on both monitors.
Set the 1st monitor @ 60HZ, monitor #2 is already there.
There's sample-rate mis-matches/audio lag. Mic # 1 & the cameras are @ 44k, should be 48k.
Some scenes have multiple window/monitor captures. There should only be (1) per, they can cause interference.
Uncheck Scaling on the streaming & recording tabs.

There was an issue with the in-app updater that caused it to delete files for the old and outdated enc-amf plugin which caused your encoder/streaming session to fail. Encoder that you selected after x264 is the newer AMD/AMF one that ships with OBS Studio since OBS Studio 28. The issue with the in-app updater has since been resolved, but we recommend that users use the newer, maintained AMD encoder plugin.
