Problem with Stereo/mono with my BT Headset

Hi all, I installed last version from scratch, and I noticed that simply opening the app my BT Headset changes to MONO audio, when I close obs It comes back to Stereo. I tryed with 2 different BT Headset. If I connect other headset on the 3,5mm or I use the internal speakers of my laptop, this not happens.

Also I have another information...I'm not sure, but MAYBE this happens after installing Windows 11 KB5017383
