Problem with start for OBS virtual camera

When I enter tools and I want to enable VirtualCam in the Horizontal Flip option. By giving it start OBS crashes. I hope you can help me with recommendations, because I want to make a link between ZOOM and OBS but I cannot for this detail. Install the latest version of plugins: OBS Virtualcam 2.0.5 and I have windows 10. Add log file

Just to rule it out as a possible problem , you need to up date windows you are 5 or 6 updates behind.
