problem with sound that I can't solve

Hello.

I am writing to you with a request because I have a problem that I can't deal with. I have searched the internet, the obs forum, even on youtube, but nowhere can I find a solution to the problem. When recording or livestrim, the sounds sometimes start jumping and crackling. I am providing a link from a recent video where this problem occurs: https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxKpw0S5dkyb8IChxHktIFQn74qszY2D_m
The problem occurred while using obs 27 28 and 29 which I am currently using.

I have tried probably everything:
- reinstalled win10 (all updates are installed)
- obs and plugins reinstalled
- the sound in the system is set to 48 kHz the same as in obs
- i have the latest drivers installed
- in obs i use WinCapture to split sound

When I checked the log files after e.g. recording, when this error with sound occurred, I had no critical errors on the obs page. That's why I've given up a bit and I'm asking for your help. Maybe some of you know this problem or have encountered it and know a solution. The same problem with sound happens if I reduce the recording or strim settings.

My hardware:
I9 10850K
Prime z490-a
DDR4 32GB 4200 MHz
ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 ROG Strix OC 24GB
MIC: HyperX QuadCast
Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus

I record with settings:
3440x1440
Nvidia NVENC HEVC
MP4
FFmpeg ALAC 24 bit
CQP 16
2s
P7
HQ

Strims:
3440x1440
FFmpeg AAC
Nvidia NVENC AV1
CBR 55000 Kbps
2s
P6
HQ

Apologies for my English I still learning.

I have the same problem and don't know how to solve it. Maybe someone will know what the reason is, because the OS does not give any error

My guess is that something is still getting overloaded. That is, when you turned down the settings, you turned down the wrong thing.
Also, your recording and stream have different settings, which means that you're doing all of that work twice. You might try using the stream encoder for the recording, so that you only do it once. Then the recording settings are ignored, not available, and not reported. The stream settings still work, and that result also goes to the recording.

Or, you still have a sample rate mismatch somewhere, and it does that instead of actually resampling. If that were the case, then it would sound fast and higher-pitched, in addition to the gaps between buffers. I don't know the original sound, so you have to determine that.

Beyond that, I don't know either.
