Problem with sound speeding up and choppy on YouTube live stream.

Live streaming our church service and both the recording and the live stream have problems with the audio being sped up and choppy.
Viewers are also experiencing the spinning circle every few minutes..

Could someone look at the log file and point me in the right direction please? I don't want to go out and buy a new setup if I don't need to.

The setup worked well even after I upgraded to Win11 but I do realize the computer is probably the problem. Specifically the GPU. I have attached the service tag report that identifies the parts of the dell inspiron 3880.

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.

OBS does not resample correctly. A mathematically-correct resampler is completely inaudible.

It helps a lot to post a log where it's actually trying to stream or record.

Neither of those would explain the spinning circle for your viewers though. That's probably a network issue.
