When I record OBS program, I turn on a program and it requires administrator rights - it pops up the window or runs with administrator rights and in the recording when the window is showing it gets a black screen. After accepting the administrator window or rejection, the black screen disappears. How to fix it? I have a basic stage added, i.e. a screen from the desktop. I am a beginner in the OBS program. Please help me. Regards. :)

Unfortunately, it's not possible to fix, you only have workarounds. It's not possible to directly capture the elevation prompt with window capture, game capture or display capture. Windows prohibits this, this is no missing feature or bug in OBS.
If you need to include the elevation prompt in your video, you can access the machine via rdp and capture the rdp window; this will also record the elevation prompt. It's also possible to capture if you run your application in a virtual machine and you capture the console of the virtual machine. Or you use a capture card.
