Question / Help Problem with select form fields when capturing browser

Options of select fields aren't visible when I use browser capturing (Mozilla or Chrome). Please help to improve.

This problem is with any program capturing. It doesn't show the drop down menu, context menu or popup window like "Save as..." There are invisible.
