Problem with recording very choppy (even the preview window in OBS)

Hi i have a problem with OBS recording. My game runs smooth, but in the OBS window it seems extremely choppy and the recording is choppy as well no matter what i set .

My computer is a Ryzen 3700X, 32GBs of Ram, 6800XT card.
