Problem with Recording Quality

Hi, I've been having some problems with my recording quality. I've recently upgraded to Windows 11, which seems to have decreased my OBS quality. I've reinstalled the program a few times and have tried a bunch of fixes, but none seem to work. I would appreciate it if anyone could take a look at my OBS logs and see if there are any glaring issues.

You need to turn off HAGS and create a new scene for the display capture as it has to be separated from game and window captures.

Run OBS as admin.
Also, turning on windows game mode actually helps.
