Problem with recording and streaming from PS5

I am using an Avermedia LIVE GAMER 4K GC573 capture card. When recording and streaming there is a slowdown of video and sound % by 5. On the screen I am fine, but on recording or streaming there is distortion of sound and recording (slowdown). How to solve the problem?
