I'm using OBS Studio for a remote webcam. My internet connection was offline for 2 hours. When the internet was back on, OBS wasn't streaming. I had to start the streaming by hand by pressing "Start Streaming" button.
Looks like something wrong with the reconnect interval. It doesn't respect my "Retry Delay" setting.
