Question / Help Problem with quality/delay/lags of stream

As in thread. I have a lot of problem with streaming on twitch. I gotta about 20 secs of delay, quality is really low and sometimes here comes blackscreen or it's taking a lags. How to setup optimally obs for good streaming.

That log has no stream attempt in it.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate the issue as best you can, which means having the game open/captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

I forget write that quality of streaming is really low.

Your PC is overloaded, you will need to lower the output resolution in OBS. You're on a laptop with a low power CPU, which means it's not really designed for tasks like video encoding.

Ehh... Thanks a lot for your advise. My laptop is Acer Aspire F15 with Core i5-7200U and GF 940MX, I was think that is enough for it. So what kind of presets will be the best for my laptot to streaming?

Your laptop is a laptop with a low-power, low-performance CPU and GPU in it. It's not enough for it.

Lower the output resolution in Settings -> Video to something like 540p or 480p.
