Question / Help Problem with opening obs

I have proble with my obs(i had this problem early,but i forgot what i do)

can you help?
early I add this dll to folder(but i cant remember whic folder)
please help,obs the best programm for recording and streaming

I can download all dll,but i dont know which folder i need for this dll
Can you say in which folder all this dll need be

You should not be installing individual DLL files, the installer will take care of them. If you're using Windows 7 you should also make sure you installed https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3118401/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

after reinstall windows 7 i haму problem with obs
I installed DLL files early in the folder and that help.But I forgot which folder...This is why I ask for help.
