Play liquid on 55-60FPS. Not overloaded, etc. Nevertheless the jerky stream,

At OBS Studio I adjusted a bit rate of 2800 and my CPU is busy "only" 70%.
The encoder is x286
The game, which I am stream, is in the lowest graphics setting...
And I think that my PC should be not too bad for a smooth stream...
