Problem with OBS and my capture card

As the thread title says I have problems with my capture card and obs.
When I record in 1920x1080 with 60 FPS, it stutters very often and even in the preview
However, when I record in 720px60FPS it runs smoothly and without problems
I use this capture card

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
16GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 TI
