Question / Help Problem with OBS and CS:GO

Hello,
I've a problem with CS:GO and OBS.
Everytime I start OBS, the FPS in CS:GO drop down to +-10 and if I close OBS, the FPS instantly go to +60FPS.(I don't stream, I simply start OBS)
Is there any setting in OBS which make problems with CS:GO?
Specs:
OS: OS X
GraphicsCard: GTX 980 TI
Processor: i7

CS:GO: All to Maximum(If I turn the settings down to the lowest, when OBS is open, the FPS still are +-10FPS)

You're scaling 1440p all the way down to 576p with a bitrate of only 2000. You can reduce the workload on OBS by increasing your bitrate, increasing the resolution you scale to, decreasing the resolution you scale from, or increasing your CPU priority even higher than veryfast.
