Problem with new update

Around a week ago, OBS updated. Since then, my streams have been running like slideshows at low ass settings. Before the update, I could run 720p60 streams with no problems whatsoever for multiple hours, so I can only assume the update is the cause. I'm also unable to adjust the game feed size and twitch docks within the software too since the update. Has anybody else had similar problems?
 
We'd need to see before-and-after logfiles to be able to troubleshoot. The update shouldn't be the problem though.
 
By default, OBS maintains the last 10 logs. Each log is from when OBS is started, to when it is shut down. So if you've been recording once a day, possibly. They're in %appdata%\obs-studio\logs
 
I’ve definitely done at least 20 recordings since the update due to other circumstances unfortunately. I’m still convinced it was tied to the update due to the fact that it would use up 35% cpu before but all of a sudden started bluescreening my PC since the update. Is there at least a way I can temporarily downgrade and see if that fixes the issues?
