We are unable to get the software operating correctly. Everyting was working fine and we were streaming to Facebook live with no problems. Replaced computer with newer version and has never worked since. Video records perfectly. No Audio. I see bars moving in PBS showing audio coming in but nothing going out of computer from mixer. Any audio played from computer such as (Youtube or music tracks) are recorded but nothing from mixer. I'm sure it's some setting somehwere but really could use some one on one help for our church.
