Problem with network

Hello

I've been trying to start my streaming adventure on the Twitch platform for a few days now, but I'm running into a problem with drastically decreasing uploads and downloads. Specifically, when I fire up obs and stream everything is fine 6k bitrate constant, but when I add a network game like cs:go, there is a problem and the bitrate drops to 0-100 and the game starts lagging.

I have a symmetrical 1Gbps connection, connected to ZTE F680 and then wired to the laptop

Specification:

Levovo y540
i5-9300h
GTX 1650 mobile
16Gb RAM

Cool story, how can we help you?
Maybe someone had a similar problem

Where is your log ?

did you have install a VPN software ?

any firewall software or something else ?
I do not use VPN, I have not installed any firewall or antivirus

I tried different programs from official OBS to streamlabs and new twitch app, also changed the fixed IP to a variable one with my internert operator

Run OBS as Administrator Your Game is taking priority for system resources
Turn the GameDVR and Game Mode off
Use NVENC

Until you've streamed enough to have access to transcoding stick to 720p30 2000-2500 bps

I checked but still the same drops to 100-200 and it doesn't matter if it is online or offline game

Sometimes the solution is simple - maybe your router issues or it needs a quick reboot. But sometimes it is a bit more complicated. So, we've put together a guide to help you troubleshoot your network

Easy fixes for your internet
1. Restart your device
2. See if there is an internet outage
3. Test your wi-fi on various devices
4. Restart your modem and router
5. Try a different internet cable.

Unfortunately, but nothing helped, maybe it's a hardware problem after all, although the laptop is fairly new

Does your Router have QoS prioritization It might be prioritizing the game over the outgoing video
or
your ISP doesn't like big uploads
