Question / Help Problem with mobile devices

Hi I have a kind of technical question. I use OBS studio to stream on Nginx server, which resend a data to clients. I have problem with Android and Apple mobile devices (Ipad, iphoned), because these devices don‘t support flash 11+. I expect the video stream in flv format, which need flash 11+. Is there any way how to set stream in diffrent format perhaps like mp4, mov, … or reencode on Nginx in real time?
