Problem with Intel Arc 750 and Quicksync

Hello i have a Problem with my Setup i use before a Nvidia 1060TI and Nvenc
Now a Intel Arc 750 with Quicksync, when i stream 3-4 Hours is my CPU 100% usage and my stream is jerk.
I Play Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster is a 2d Jrpg.

My Task Manager say the Games usage 60/70%
Before is is 7/15 %
