Question / Help Problem With HEVC Encoder

After I updated my graphic driver to latest version this problem occur.. however it only happened when I use OBS, HEVC still working if I use Radeon ReLive. Oh and it didn't happen when I use the previous graphic driver and obviously I don't want to rollback my driver only to fix this problem. So I wonder, is this a problem with the driver or the obs? cuz I know Radeon is famous with their broken drivers

What do you mean by "upgrade to newer versions"? my obs and graphic driver are the latest.. Is it about the amf plugin?

It is about the AMD Encoder plugin, the current version in OBS 19.0.3 does not support 17.7.2 correctly.

I've downloaded the RAR version of the plugin, so now what do I do? do I just have to replace the one that came with OBS with this?

Just replacing it will do the trick.

I've replaced it and now every time I use HEVC and stop recording my OBS will crash. I already read the discussion and seems like there's no fix for it yet

It's an AMD Driver bug, need to wait for AMD to fix it :(
