Hia, I've been having this consistent problem where I am trying to stream osu! and OBS will tank the frames to an inconsistent 20-30 fps, my computer can run osu! just fine as I'm able to play any game at max graphics at 60 fps, this problem only occurs when I launch OBS when I'm running osu! this is why I know that OBS is doing something to the game and hell maybe even other games too? The first thing I notice is that OBS tries to find the game source for osu! and it takes a while so I wait around in osu! and then my frames drop from 244 (the max framerate in osu!) to 20-30 fps.... this makes the game unplayable. I sincerely hope that this gets looked into and fixed as I don't want to have to use shadowplay to stream osu! if I want to stream it...
