Problem with bluestacks and obs studio

I had a problem in obs studio.Without opening bluestacks I tried to record my screen and obs said that "Encoding overloaded". So i changed the resolutions then it worked. But when I opened bluestacks to play freefire, the problem persists again. Whatever I do I cannot solve it. Somebody help me with this problem.

Your computer is too weak to perform any sensible video recording. Your only chance may be to tune down the resolution to some stamp size, and to tune down the fps to perhaps. But I don't expect you get it working with satisfactorily results.
