Question / Help Problem with 2 Game Captures capturing the same windows

So I want to capture DeSmuMe and separate it in to 2 sections (top screen and bottom screen), but when i tried to use 2 game captures it gave me a broken screen. I need to delete one of the game capture then re-open OBS studio to fix it. So now I'm just missing the bottom screen on OBS Studio. Is this a bug or something?

I'm pretty sure it's just a limitation in the game capture right now, if you see this issue.

I suppose you could use two window captures and crop them independently to get the same kind of effect.

But Window Capture doesn't work on DeSmuMe, it just give me a black screen.
