Question / Help Problem when trying to record or stream.

Whenever i try to record or stream with game capture/window capture, my game (overwatch) starts to lag quite a bit. It was working fine whenever I first started streaming but then out of nowhere the lag started to happen. I even tried uninstalling and installing obs to see if the problem would fix. I need some help, please! Here is my current log: http://pastebin.com/9cNTt1FN

There are no streaming/recording attempts in that log file. Make sure vsync or the FPS limiter is enabled in Overwatch and that resolution scaling is set to 100% so your GPU doesn't max out.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Also, what kind of FPS do you normally get in-game, with and without OBS running?
Are your monitors running at different refresh rates?

In game i get 60 fps and when i record i also get 60 fps. And no both my monitors are running at 60hz!
