So I recently downloaded OBS Multiplatform because of its ability to stream at one bitrate and record at a different one. I didn't get a chance to stream with it last night, but I did get a chance to play around with some recording settings. Needless to say, the recording was pretty good.
Today, I decided to try and stream some Rocket League, while recording at a higher quality. I wanted to see what the result would be. It turns out that streaming and recording resulted in both my stream and recording stuttering. The CPU usage was around 50-60% while I was streaming and running Rocket League.
I've attached the log for the stream I did during Rocket League. For what its worth, here are some of the specs of my PC as well:
