Question / Help Problem updating Version 17.0

I tried to run the exe for studio 17.0 and received this error

C:\program files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\Qt5Core.dll

any help or advise would be appreciated, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Close your existing obs first.

Or reboot your computer and run the installer then.
