Problem transmission - Packet Loss and i have a good upload

I'm having trouble streaming to Youtube, my connection is 540 Mbps Download and 50 Mbps Upload. OBS set to 12 Mbps for transmission.

When transmitting I have loss of frames that only appear in OBS, any other test I do in any other location there is no loss, only in the transmission through OBS.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
