Problem to streaming (TWITCH)

Dear, I'm having trouble doing my stream, my pc has the following settings.

I5 12400F
RTX 3060ti
16gb ram 3200mhz

My internet connection is as follows

600mb download
300mb upload
I have no packet loss on the internet when streaming.

It can be any type of game, all above 60 FPS even when playing stream.

Next, my problem is that I've tried everything and it's always giving FPS drops in the live image after entering the game screen, if I keep streaming only the desktop, the stream is super quiet, perfect.

However, if I enter the game, the stream is as if it were at 5 FPS.

Turn off 2-pass mode, and psychovisual tuning. They just cause problems, from my experience.

Beyond that, we'll need to see a logfile from a streaming session at least 30 seconds in length, where the issue did occur, to give more accurate advice.
